Carolyn Nicholson

Hello,

My name is Carolyn Nicholson. I’ve been in the real estate field since 2008, but, by the age of seven years old, I knew what I would be when I grew up. Real estate has always been my passion because I really enjoy meeting people from all walks of life who inspire me with their stories of where they are from and their life experiences.

I was born and raised in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, in the Renfrew Community. My parents taught me standards and morals about life that have molded and shaped me into the person I am today. They purchased their first home on Mill Street and were the first couple to pay their mortgage off. I thank God for their love for me and for teaching me to “do unto others as I would have them do unto me”. God’s love for me has shown me how to be compassionate for anyone I meet anywhere, but especially in the real estate world.

I have worn several hats to earn my wages in my lifetime. I’ve been a Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant for an attorney, Assistant Manager of a grocery chain, Supervisor for the Department of Social Services, business owner of several businesses, DSP Caregiver for DDSN, but most importantly, I have continued my love for being a real estate agent.

I am the proud mother of four amazing children. One daughter and three sons. And have one grandson and three granddaughters.

My mission is to not only assist customers/clients in buying or selling homes, but to provide as much information needed for them to make an informed decision for such an awesome investment.
