I grew up in South Dakota and after graduating from high school joined the Army, where I was stationed in Frankfort, Germany. After finishing active duty I went into the Reserves and Army National Guard while attending the University of North Dakota. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Studies and earned my commercial instrument pilot’s license. My wife and I made our way to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area and started a family. In Minnesota I worked in higher education, and then in 2009 we took a leap of faith and moved our family to Travelers Rest, SC. We fell in love with the area and have been here ever since.
I have been in leadership/teaching roles with Greenville Technical College for over a decade. We have raised four kids in Greenville County Schools; two are now Clemson alumni, one is a junior at Clemson, and one will be graduating from Travelers Rest High School. We love taking advantage of all that Greenville County and the surrounding areas have to offer, including walking/running the swamp rabbit trail and around the Furman University campus, hiking at any of the numerous beautiful state parks, and enjoying a meal and a stroll in downtown Greenville. We had nothing but positive experiences in our relocation and multiple home-buying experiences in South Carolina, and I would love to help you and your family do the same.
