I’m Wendy, your new Realtor. I’m an avid reader (60 books last year) I love exploring cozy cafes, trendy eateries, shopping at boutiques and vintage shops, Always on the lookout for unique finds.
I was born in Brooklyn, NY. I come from a military and police background so integrity is at my core. I’m the proud mom of 2 and 2 fur babies. I have a husband of 42 years. My family is my constant source of support and encouragement. We have lived in Las Vegas for 43 years. Before becoming a Realtor in 2003, I worked on the famous Las Vegas Strip as a cook in hotels such as the Sands, Caesars Palace, and was on the opening team for the Excalibur Hotel. I also managed 2 separate locations for a private restaurant. For over 2 decades I sold homes from the glitzy lights of the Las Vegas strip to the suburban neighborhoods. I’ve seen many market changes and now more than ever, you need a Realtor to help guide you through the entire process before, during, and after the sale. I can offer superior customer service. I am short sale foreclosure resource certified in 2010 a member of the Las Vegas Association of Realtors, The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I take continuing education classes to stay on top of market changes. I’ve been a top producer several times. Real estate is a good fit for me. I love what I do, and it shows! We decided to relocate from Las Vegas as a family, including my 89 yr old mother-in-law. After several trips across the country, we took a leap of faith and decided on Greenville. I fell in love with all it has to offer. The amazing Historic homes, downtown shops, the new businesses coming in, the open-air markets, and the Reedy River. It’s amazing here! So happy to call Greenville home. I’m excited for the new chapter in my life and career. I attend community events, explore vibrant neighborhoods, and network with other professionals.
